摘要:NOVELTY - A granular lithium ion sieve is obtained by polymerizing mixture containing cross-linking agent, initiator and dispersing agent, carbonyl group-containing compound (I), and lithium ion sieve precursor in mixed medium of insoluble organic solvent and water at 55-80 degrees C for 2-12 hours under normal pressure in presence of inert gas, steaming out organic solvent, washing obtained residues, removing lithium and then drying product, to obtain granular lithium ion sieve. USE - Granular lithium ion sieve is used for extracting lithium from salt lake brine. ADVANTAGE - The granular lithium ion sieve has high mechanical strength, selectivity and absorptivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A granular lithium ion sieve is obtained by polymerizing mixture containing cross-linking agent, initiator and dispersing agent, carbonyl group-containing compound of formula: CH2=C(-R1)-C(=O)-R2 (I), and lithium ion sieve precursor in mixed medium of insoluble organic solvent and water at 55-80 degrees C for 2-12 hours under normal pressure in presence of inert gas, steaming out organic solvent, washing obtained residues, removing lithium and then drying product, to obtain granular lithium ion sieve. The precursor of lithium ion sieve is lithium manganate (LiMn2O4, Li2Mn5O12, or Li1.5Mn1.6O4) or lithium titanate (Li2Ti3O7 or Li4Ti5O12). R1=H or CH3; R2=OH, NH2 or -OR3;and R3=1-3C alkyl.
