摘要:以N,N′-二甲基-2-咪唑啉酮为溶剂,卤代苯与芳胺发生Ullmann反应生成二芳胺,收率比传统法有所提高,该法可应用于灭酸类药物和二芳胺类的合成。
Diaryl amines(3)and(4)were synthesized from o-chloro-benzoic acid with mchloroaniline and 2,6-dichloroaniline respectively by the Ullmann reaction in the presence of copper and DMI.The yields were increased by about 10%。 This method could be used as the syntheses of diaryl amines.
