摘要：新型城镇化的提出意味着传统城镇化面临困境。我国的传统城镇化主要分为两类,一类是照搬欧美模式,另一类是自身实践经验中的大、小城镇化模式。前者发展不合国情且不可持续,后者发展需要转型升级。城镇化的"中镇"模式提出是基于当下中国城镇化模式困境的思考,既是对欧美城镇化模式不可持续性的反思,也是对传统城镇化模式停滞不前的突破。它是在前两种模式已有发展基础上结合新时期城镇化新趋势,探索中国城镇化的第三条道路。
The submitting of the new-type urbanization means the dilemma of the traditional urbanization in China. While there are two kinds of the traditional urbanization： one is to copy the Euro-American model and the other is from China＇s practical experience of the large and small urbanization. The former is not sustainable and the latter should be needed transferring type and upgrading. However the middle-sized town mode is submitted on the base of the Chinese urbanization. The different situation, which is the reflection of the unsustainable Euro-American type and the breakthrough of the traditional management mode that is the third road of exploration of the Chinese urbanization based on the development of the former two modes that explore the road of the Chinese urbanization.
