摘要:采用稀酸套洗工艺代替传统的加水稀释洗涤工艺,成功地解决了阳离子交换树脂生产中废酸的回收利用问题。研究了采用新洗涤工艺后树脂变红的机理和防止对策,结果表明,树脂发红是由微生物的参与而引起的,采取完善洗涤工艺和灭菌措施可防止树脂变红,从而确保了稀酸套洗工艺的顺利实施。
The waste acid from the manufacture of cation exchange resin can be successfully recovered and reused by a new washing process with dilute acid instead of traditional washing process with water. The mechanism and prevention measures of resin reddening caused by the new washing process have been studied. The results show that resin reddening is effected by the action of microbes and can be prevented by either improving the new washing process or taking disinfection measures.
