摘要:目前应用于无传感器BLDCM的控制方法都是采用位置检测电路来间接获得转子位置信息,实现对BLDCM的控制。该文提出一种可以省掉位置检测电路的基于反电势滤波的方法,可以准确获得反电势过零点,驱动BLDCM平稳运行。基于TMS320LF2407A的控制平台进行实验,结果证明了该方法的有效性。
In order to detect the rotor position of the sensorless brushless DC motor ( BLDCM), circuit of rotor position detection was used generally. This paper propound a BLDCM control algorithm, it could preclude the need for circuit of rotor position detection, implemented using the digital signal processor (DSP) TMS320LF2407A. The algorithm works by digitally filtering the back-electromotive force ( backEMF) on each phase of the motor and can identify the zero-cross event accurately and determining when to commutate the motor windings based on the filtered back-EMF signals. The experimental result demonstrates the proposed control method provides desirable performance.
