摘要:NOVELTY - Preparation of 4,6-alkoxy-1,3-phenylene diamine involves mixing 4,6-binitro-2-chlorine-1,3-dihydroxy benzene into mixture solution of organic compound containing hydroxide radical, water, rare metal and transition metal oxide catalyst. De-chlorination accelerant is added to react with hydrogen for 0.5-3 hours to obtain 4,6-alkoxy-1,3-phenylene diamine hydrochloride. The catalyst comprises stable carrier in the mixture solution loaded on the carrier. The de-chlorination accelerant is mixture in ammonium acetate, ammonium formate and/or sodium formate. USE - Method for preparing 4,6-alkoxy-1,3-phenylene diamine. ADVANTAGE - The method provides high yield rate and quality 4,6-alkoxy-1,3-phenylene diamine hydrochloride in economical way, based on 4,6-binitro-2-chlorine-1,3-dihydroxy benzene. The mol yield rate of the 4,6-alkoxy-1,3-phenylene diamine hydrochloride is more than 80%. The method is of reduced cost.
