摘要:为探究野生和养殖棘头梅童鱼(Collichthys lucidus)幼鱼营养成分特征及其差异,采用生化分析方法分别对闽东海域采捕的30尾野生棘头梅童鱼幼鱼(野生组)及人工培育的30尾养殖棘头梅童鱼幼鱼(养殖组)营养成分进行了比较。结果显示,养殖组粗脂肪含量显著低于野生组(P<0.05),粗灰分含量显著高于野生组(P<0.05)。野生组和养殖组中均测得18种氨基酸,两者均以谷氨酸含量最高,其次为天冬氨酸和甘氨酸,而色氨酸含量均最低;养殖组脯氨酸含量显著高于野生组(P<0.05),甲硫氨酸和赖氨酸含量显著低于野生组(P<0.05),其他氨基酸含量两者无显著性差异(P>0.05)。养殖组共测得33种脂肪酸,野生组共测得32种脂肪酸[肉蔻油酸(C14∶1)未检出];养殖组单不饱和脂肪酸含量显著高于野生组(P<0.05),多不饱和脂肪酸含量显著低于野生组(P<0.05)。养殖组矿物质元素总量高于野生组,其中,钾、钙、磷、铜、锌、锰6种矿物质元素含量养殖组均显著高于野生组(P<0.05)。研究结果可为棘头梅童鱼人工配合饲料的研发提供参考。
In order to investigate the differences in nutritional characteristics between wild and cultured juvenile Collichthys lucidus,biochemical analysis method was used to determine the nutritional components in the whole body of wild and cultured juvenile C.lucidus.A total of 30 wild juvenile C.lucidus captured in the Mindong waters(wild group)and 30 juvenile C.lucidus cultured by the research group(cultured group)were analyzed.The results showed that there were significant differences in the nutritional composition of crude fat,crude ash,amino acids,fatty acids and mineral element compositions between the wild group and the cultured group.The crude fat content in the cultured group was significantly lower than that in the wild group(P<0.05),while the crude ash content of the cultured group was significantly higher than that of the wild group(P
