摘要：法律社会学的研究与社会转型法律的发展紧密地联系在一起,从而在不同时期其研究表现具有自身的特点。2011年法律社会学研究以社会管理创新和基础理论研究为重心而展开,论文对其中具有代表性的研究予以了梳理和评析,并从总体视角对既有研究的整体特征、得失等进行了总结和评价。
The development of Sociology of Law keeps step with the social transition, and it has different characteristic in different time, so it is necessary to summarize these researches. The dispute resolution, social management innovation and study of Sociology of Law were the center in 2011. The authors rethink about these representative academic gains and evaluates the overall characteristic and gains and losses in a total perspective.
