摘要:为了分析汽轮机油在使用过程中呈绿色的原因,将使用后的汽轮机油中发色物萃取出来进行了分析。通过红外光谱、元素分析、pH值-颜色变化等实验结果,推测发色物是二烷基苯胺类抗氧剂在低温下氧化的产物,在一定的pH值条件下呈蓝色或蓝紫色。该物质具有类似氧化还原指示剂靛酚的C=O、C=C、N=C共轭结构。研究结果为避免这种现象的发生而进行的润滑油配方调整提供方案,研究还有助于进一步理解润滑油氧化降解机理和自由基清除剂型抗氧剂的作用机理。
In order to analyze the cause of coloration of used turbine oil, chromogenic materials were ex tracted from colorated oil and analyzed. The results of IR, elemental analysis and colour change with pH showed that the chromogenic materials were the oxidation products of diphenylamine antioxidant at low temperatures, which were blue or bluish violet under certain pH. The materials had the conjugated struc ture of CO, C= C and N = C, similar to those of the oxidationreduction indicator indophenol. The re sults suggested that the lubricating oil formulation should be adjusted to avoid this phenomenon. This study also provided a better understanding of the oxidation process affecting lubricants and the function mode of the radical scavenger antioxidant.
