摘要:在等温积分管式反应器中,采用工业低水烃比催化剂,研究了乙苯脱氢反应宏观动力学。建立了乙苯脱氢反应网络,针对LHHW吸附模型、Carra模型和幂函数模型进行了筛选。统计学检验结果表明,LHHW吸附模型为最佳反应动力学模型,并估算了该模型参数。结合径向反应器模型对某80 kt/a苯乙烯工业生产装置进行了反应器模拟。试验结果表明,模型计算值与工业实测值相吻合。研究结果能够用于乙苯脱氢反应器系统模拟和优化,具有工业应用价值。
With an industrial low water-to-hydrocarbon ratio catalyst,the macrokinetics of the ethylbenzene dehydrogenation reaction was studied in an isothermal integral tubular reactor.An ethylbenzene dehydrogenation reaction network was established,and a LHHW adsorption model,a Carra model and a power function model were screened.Statistical testing results indicated that the LHHW adsorption model was the optimum reaction kinetic model,and parameters of this model were estimated.The reactor simulation of an 80 kt/a industrial styrene production device was carried out in combination of a radial reactor model.Test results showed that the model calculated value was in line with the industrial measured value.The study results can be applied to system simulation and optimization of an ethylbenzene dehydrogenation reactor and are industrially applicable.
