摘要：NOVELTY - A histidine fluorescent probe comprising histidine-sensitive polypeptide B and fluorescent protein A, is new. The fluorescent protein A is inserted into the polypeptide B, and the polypeptide B is divided into two parts, preferably polypeptide B1 and polypeptide B2 to form a probe having structure of B1-A-B2. The polypeptide B is heparin-binding protein (HBP) and its mutants. USE - The histidine fluorescent probe is useful in kit for quantitatively detecting histidine and screening non-disease diagnostic or therapeutic compound (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The histidine fluorescent probe is small and easy to mature, exhibits large dynamic change of fluorescence and good specificity, and is expressed by gene manipulation in different subcellular cells. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) nucleotide sequence encoding the B1-A-B2 probe; and (2) method for producing the histidine fluorescent probe.
