摘要:介绍多线切割机的工作原理与速度同步控制的重要意义,建立控制系统的运动学与动力学模型,提出速度同步控制的PID控制方法。研究结果表明:采用PID控制方法较好地解决了速度同步控制的问题,满足控制系统的精度要求。
The working principle and the importance of speed synchronization control in a multi-wire saw were introduced. The kinematics and dynamics models of the control system were established and a PID control method was proposed for synchronous velocity control. The study results show that the PID control method can be used to solve the problem of synchronous velocity control and the control accuracy demand is met.
