摘要:选择了结晶性含氟树脂添加改性剂为树脂基体,与炭黑(CB)制成复合导电体系。通过对这个体系不同条件TPTC特性的研究,对其配方与加工工艺进行优化。并利用扫描电镜、X射线衍射、DSC等分析测试手段,对体系的各种形态结构进行了研究,阐明了该导电复合体系的形态结构与性能的关系。这一体系用于高温品级(135℃)的自控温加热电缆,取得了良好的效果。
By adding a modifier to crystal fluoride resin alloy,the basic resin is gained, which filled with carbon black set up the com pound system. By studying the PTC characters in various conditions of this system,the prescription and processing technology are optimized.The characters and form structures are studied by the use of SEM, X- ray diffraction,DSC,and etc. .Based on all these,the relationship between characters and form structures of this compound conductive system is clarified.The properties of this system in application to high temperature grade self-regulation heating cables (135℃ grade)is very good.
