摘要:使用测定着火点的装置,考察了空气压力和添加剂纸浆黑液对煤的催化着火的影响以及催化剂对高灰煤的催化作用。研究结果表明,对于煤的催化着火来说,氧分压仍是影响煤活性大小的重要因素,但同样的催化剂对不同空气压力下的不同煤种产生不同的催化效应;催化剂对高灰煤仍有一定的催化作用;纸浆黑液对煤的燃烧具有较好的催化作用。
The influences of air pressure,pulp waste water addition and high-ash con- tent on the catalytic ignition of coal,have been investigated by determining the ignition tem- perature of the coal.Air pressure has a significant influence on the catalytic ignition of coal. However,after adding CuSO_4 or Na_2CO_3 to Datong coal,the influence of air pressure on igni- tion temperatureis weakened.It was found that the catalytic effect of CuSO_4 or K_2CO_3 on Jincheng coal under 1 MPa increases with increasing content of these salts.But results ob- tained from Datong coal are different.These catalysts have also certain catalytic effects on high-ash coal(amount of ash>50%).For example,CuSO_4 causes a 66℃ decrease in ignition temperature for Jiaozuo coal.Pulp waste water is a better catalyst than others for coal igni- tion.It makes Datong coal ignite at a temperature about a decrease of 70℃ when added in an optimum amount.
