摘要:建立了一种利用离子色谱仪(IC)与电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)联用同时测定饮用水中砷、铬、碘、溴4种元素11种形态的方法。使用IonPac AG 19(4 mm×50 mm)和AS 19(4 mm×250 mm)型离子色谱柱,在流速为1.2 mL/min及(NH4)_(2)CO_(3)/NH_(4)NO_(3)(50 mmol/L/100 mmol/L)混合淋洗液下进行砷甜菜碱(AsB)、二甲基砷(DMA)、亚砷酸根(As^(3+))、砷胆碱(AsC)、一甲基砷(MMA)、砷酸根(As^(5+))、碘酸根(IO_(3-))、碘离子(I^(-))、溴酸根离子(BrO_(3)^(-))、溴离子(Br^(-))、六价铬(Cr^(6+))的分离。在最佳实验条件下,11种形态可在10 min内完成分析,检出限为1.8~450μg/L(峰面积),相对标准偏差(n=6)在0.24%~3.8%之间。应用该方法对市售饮用水中的不同形态进行了分析,目标形态物质在水样品中的加标回收率为88.6%~115.1%。该方法可应用于饮用水中砷、铬、碘、溴4种元素的11种形态分析测定。
An analytical method was established for the determination of 11 species of four elements including arsenic,chromium,iodine,and bromine in drinking water,using ion chromatography( IC) with inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry( ICP-MS). The separation of arsenic betaine( As B),dimethyl arsenic( DMA),arsenite( As^(3 +)),arsenic choline( As C),monomethyl arsenic( MMA),arsenate( As^(5 +)),iodate( IO_(3)^(-)),iodide( I^(-)),bromate( BrO_(3)^(-)),bromide( Br-) and hexavalent chromium( Cr^(6 +)) was carried out using high performance IonPac AG 19( 4 mm × 50 mm) and AS 19( 4 mm × 250 mm) ion chromatography column with ammonium carbonate/ammonium nitrate( 50 mmol/L/100 mmol/L) as mixed eluent,at a flow rate of 1. 2 m L/min. Under the optimized experimental conditions,the analysis of 11 species could be completed within 10 minutes,the detection limits were in the range of 1. 8-450 μg/L( peak area) and the relative standard deviations were between 0. 24%-3. 8%. This method was used to analyze different species in the commercially available drinking water,and the standard addition recoveries of the target species in the water samples were in the range of 88. 6%-115. 1%. The method can be applied to the daily analysis of 11 species of four elements,arsenic,chromium,iodine,and bromine in drinking water.
