摘要:NOVELTY - The system has signal excitation and receiving ends which are arranged at both ends of pressure vessel (2) and include a ceramic piezoelectric array. A signal generating unit produces first electrical signal which is converted into a pressure signal by a signal excitation end. The pressure signal is received by signal receiving end after passing through pressure vessel and converted into second electrical signal. A signal display unit receives second electrical signal, displays and transmits signal to computer (7) that monitors state of pressure vessel based on second electric signal. USE - Real-time damage sensing and warning system for pressure vessels. ADVANTAGE - The damage in the pressure vessel can be timely found based on the damage real-time sensing and warning technology of the guided waves, so that the disaster damage of the pressure container can be avoided. The cost is low, the distance is long, the sensitivity is high, and the real-time sensing and early warning functions are achieved. The service safety of the pressure container is solved. The diameter of the positive electrode and the negative electrode of the ceramic piezoelectric sheet is set to be 0.5 mm, so that the welding spots at the joint of the piezoelectric sheet and the lead wire are made small, and the reliability is improved.
