摘要:以钛酸丁酯为前驱体 ,应用溶胶—凝胶法制备TiO2 粉体和负载TiO2 薄膜 ,考察了不同活化温度和活化时间对TiO2 光催化降解甲醛性能的影响 ,并对TiO2 薄膜光催化降解甲醛的反应动力学进行了研究。试验结果表明 ,在活化温度 4 5 0℃、活化时间 5h条件下 ,所得TiO2 粉体及薄膜的光催化活性较好。不同初始浓度下甲醛光催化降解率与时间关系的动力学研究表明 ,一级反应动力学模型与试验数据拟合较好 ,方差R2 大于或等于 0 .99。
TiO 2 powder and TiO 2 coated thin film has been prepared by Sol Gel method using butyl titanic as precursor. The effects of activation temperature and activation time on the performance of TiO 2 for photocatalytic degradation of formaldehyde were examined. The kinetics of photocatalytic degradation of formaldehyde on TiO 2 film was studied. The results show that TiO 2 powder and film prepared in 450℃ of activation temperature and with 5 h of activation time have better photocatalytic activity. The study on the relation between photocatalytic degradation rate of formaldehyde with different influent concentrations and degradation time shows that the degradation fits well with first order kinetic model with the variance≥0.99.
