摘要:综述了脂肪酸甲酯中压加氢制天然脂肪醇工艺的国内外研究进展;讨论了开发新型催化剂、缓和操作工艺条件(气相加氢、添加溶剂、超临界流体)等方面的研究,指出了各种方法的优缺点;并指出虽然新型催化剂的研究取得了一定的进展,但大规模工业化应用少见报道,中压加氢工艺将是工业生产天然脂肪醇的发展方向,以超临界流体为介质的加氢工艺具备了反应压力低、氢酯比低、生产能力高和环境友好等诸多优点,具有良好的工业应用前景。
Recent progress with respect to the hydrogenation of fatty acid methyl esters to fatty alcohols under moderate pressure was reviewed. Several new processes, e.g. , vapor-phase hydrogenation, liquid -phase hydrogenation, supercritical fluids hydrogenation, were discussed with the advantages and disadvantages as well as the development of novel catalysts. The information available in the literature on the application of new catalysts in industries is very less, although there are some literature in contributing to the research of novel catalysts. Hydrogenation under moderate pressure is the trends of development. The process by using supercritical fluids as reaction medium, which has many advantages, such as low pressure, low ratio of hydrogen to ester, high productivity, and environment friendly, has a promising future.
