摘要:制备了Pr3+-Yb3+共掺SiO2-Al2O3-Na2O-CaF2体系玻璃,并通过优化热处理工艺获得了透明氟氧化物微晶玻璃。运用动力学方法分析了系统玻璃的析晶机制,探讨了热处理温度、玻璃析晶行为和显微结构的关系。采用XRD和SEM等方法研究了CaF2纳米晶的形成,晶粒大小为30 nm,且稀土离子进入CaF2纳米晶中,形成了固溶的Ca0.8Yb0.2F2.2晶相。在Pr3+离子3P0能级482 nm波长的光子激发下,在近红外区域观察到了980 nm和1 015 nm的发光,这对应于Yb3+离子2F5/2→2F7/2跃迁发射,产生了近红外量子剪裁效应。
In the present work,the Pr^3+-Yb^3+ codoped oxyfluoride glass in SiO2-Al2O3-Na2O-CaF2 system was prepared and the transparent oxyfluoride glass ceramic was obtained by optimized heat treating conditions.The crystallization mechanism was analyzed by kinetics method,and the influences of heat treating conditions on the crystallization behavior and the microstructures of this system glass ceramic were studied.The formation of CaF2 nanocrystals sized at 30 nm was confirmed by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and the rare earth ions were supposed in CaF2 nanocrystals in the form of solid solution Ca(0.8)Yb(0.2)F(2.2).Infrared quantum cutting involving 980 nm and 1 015 nm ((^2F(5/2)→)^2F(7/2)) emissions from Tb^3+was achieved upon the excitation of the ^3P0 energy level of Pr^3+ at 482 nm.
