摘要:应用自行设计的一套处理量为2kg/h生物质稀酸连续水解反应器,初步研究生物质的稀酸水解反应,以木屑为原料,稀硫酸为催化剂,考察反应温度、稀酸浓度、反应时间对转化率和产率的影响.结果表明,当温度为200℃,停留时间为6min,催化剂浓度为1%,木屑液固比为10L/kg时,可得到相对较理想的水解效果.
Dilute-acid hydrolysis of lignocellulosic biomass was carried out in a continuous hydrolysis reactor with a designed capacity of 2 kg/h. Sawdust as material, sulfuric acid as catalyst the effects of residence time, temperature and sulfuric acid concentration on the conversion and yields were investigated. An optimal results can be obtained under the condition of temperature 200C, reaction time 6 min, concentration of acid 1%, the ratio of liquid to solid 10 L/kg.
