摘要:NOVELTY - An epsilon-caprolactone derivative, having a structure shown as Formula I. USE - An epsilon-caprolactone derivative (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The epsilon-caprolactone derivative can introduce reactive group into the trunk chain by chemically modifying the aliphatic polyester polymer to expand its application in the fields of targeting vector, controlled-release medicine and tissue engineering with simple material, low price and mild reaction condition. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An epsilon-caprolactone derivative, having a structure shown as Formula I. R=C1-C6 catenulate alkyl or catenulate alkyl C1-C6 substituted by C6-C20 aromatic ring group; or C2-C6 catenulate alkyl or catenulate alkyl C2-C6 substituted by C6-C13 aromatic ring group; or tert-butyl group or C2-C6 catenulate alkyl that is substituted by phenyl or flourenyl. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is a modified polyester, where it is obtained through the homopolymerization of the compound shown in Formula I or obtained through the copolymerization of the compound shown in Formulas II-IV, the number average molecular weight of the obtained modified polyester is 5000-50000.
