摘要:在以往对中国对外直接投资的逆向技术溢出效应的研究中,通常使用的是笼统的宏观统计数据,没有对技术寻求型对外直接投资进行区分,因而一定程度影响了研究结论的精确性。本文采用拓展的LP模型,将中国技术寻求型对外直接投资作为独立的变量,利用主成分回归方法进行分析。研究结果表明:国内研发投入、商品进口、外商来华投资、技术寻求型对外直接投资和其它对外直接投资均对我国全要素生产率产生显著的正面影响,其中外商来华投资的影响显著高于其它因素,国内研发投入和商品进口的影响居中,技术寻求型对外直接投资和其它类型对外直接投资也都对国内全要素生产率产生了显著的正面影响,但程度均较低。
In past literature on China' s overseas direct investment, it is general macro statistical data that were usually used. Technology-sourcing overseas direct investment (ODI) was not indentified and singled out, thus might have biased the conclusion of those researches. This paper uses an expanded L-P model, and takes China' s technology- sourcing ODI as a separate variable when conducting a principal components regression analysis of the technology spillover effect. The study shows that domestic R&D, commodity import, foreign direct investment (FDI) , technology- sourcing ODI and other types of ODI all brought about significant positive effect upon TFP. In terms of intensity of the effects, FDI is on the top and far beyond all other factors, domestic R&D and commodity import are in the middle level, while technology-sourcing ODI and other types of ODI are close and both in the lowest level.
