摘要:测定了250K变向孔板波纹填料的流体力学和传质性能,并将其和250Y型孔板波纹填料进行了对比。实验结果表明:变向孔板波纹填料可以明显消除“壁效应”,使汽液分布均匀。与250Y型孔板波纹填料相比,压降可减小20%,泛点气速提高20%,传质效率提高10%~20%。对250K变向孔板波纹填料的流体力学实验数据进行了关联,获得了压降和气速的关联式。
The hydrodynamics and mass transfer performance of 250K ripple packing were studied experimentally and compared with those of 250Y ripple packing. The experimental results show that 250K ripple packing can obviously eliminate "the effect of wall flowing", which makes the steam fluid distribution to be even. Compared with 250Y ripple packing, 250K ripple packing has outstanding features in decreasing the pressure drop by 20%, increasing the flooding velocity by 20% and mass transfer efficiency by about 10%-20%. The pressure drop are correlated with the experimental data, and empirical formulas of pressure drop are obtained.
