摘要:钢丝绳运行状况的检测关系到人身和设备安全。针对目前钢丝绳检测需要磁化,检测结果受运行速度、检测距离及工作环境磁场的影响,提出了新型磁通平衡检测原理,详述了传感器检测原理、结构设计,在此基础上设计了钢丝绳损伤动态探伤系统。通过开发的试验装置以及现场案例的检测数据表明,该传感器可便捷、准确地检测和评价钢绳丝的不同损伤状态,检测数据具有极高的重复性和准确性,该钢丝绳动态探伤系统同样也可用于其他各类重要用途钢丝绳的故障状况的在线实时监测。
Detection of the wire rope directly relates to the personal and equipment safety. Since the magnetization is needed during current detection of the wire rope, the detection results are affected by moving speed of the rope, detection distance and magnetic field of the working environment, thus a new flux balancing detection principle was proposed, and the principle and the structural design of the sensor detection were narrated. Based on which, the dynamic detection system for the wire rope was designed. The test data of the developed test device and field detection showed the sensor detected and evaluated the damage of the wire rope rapidly and accurately with high repeatability and accuracy of the test data. The dynamic detection system for the wire rope was suitable for online monitoring of the wire rope with other purpose.
