摘要:A colorful bunch: Dyes based on 2,2′-biindenyl fluorophores exhibit tunable solid-state emission colors that cover the whole visible region from blue to red. The nonplanar conformation of the dyes in crystals result in bright deep-blue emission for 1-3, and green emission for 4. Furthermore, the two crystalline forms of BDY-IN (BDY-O and BDY-R) exhibit different optical properties. Copyright ? 2011 WILEY-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA, Weinheim.
