摘要：2014年上海开始全面推行30min体育生活圈建设,对30min体育生活圈建设状况和发展水平的监测、评估成为急待解决的课题;因此,对上海30min体育生活圈建设评价指标体系的研究具有重要的现实意义。根据上海30min体育生活圈建设的理论基础和实际,确立上海30min体育生活圈建设评价指标体系的设计依据、原则、基本框架,并运用文献资料法、德尔菲法、数理统计法等研究方法,确定评价指标体系、指标权重、综合评价量表和综合评价方法等,构建完善的上海30min体育生活圈建设评价体系,从而为监测和评估上海30min体育生活圈建设与发展状况提供有效的手段。
The year 2014 witnessed the commencement of the full implementation of 30＇ sports life cycle in Shanghai, the monitoring and assessment of its construction and development became an urgent problem to be solved. Therefore, it has practical significance of the study on the evaluation index system of Shanghai 30＇ sports life cycle construction. Based on the theoretical basis and construction practice of the Shanghai operation,this paper intends to establish the design basis,principle,basic framework and index structure system of the evaluation index system of Shanghai 30^ sports life cycle construction. The adoption of research methods such as literature review method, Delphi method and mathematical statistics helps to establish the evaluation index system＇ index weight, comprehensive evaluation index and comprehensive evaluation method. This study has completed the framework of the evaluation index system of Shanghai 30,sports life cycle construction, thus layu a fuU and effective background for a thorough understanding of the status quo of Shanghai 30^ sports life cycle construction and development.
