摘要：As one of the main forms of the catastrophe risk securitization, catastrophe bond contributes much to the enhancement of the insurance companies' underwriting capacity, the reduction of the cost of the risk management and the improvement of the insurance supervision's efficiency, which is very favorable for accelerating the process of combining China's insurance market with capital market. Although China has some basic conditions for issuing catastrophe bonds now, but because the weak assessment techniques of catastrophic risk, the imperfect laws and the unsound capital market mechanism, ect. the comprehensive introduction of catastrophe bonds in China still faces a series of problems and obstacles, which need to be improved and perfected in various aspects.
