摘要：理论建立在一系列基本假设之上,社会工作理论的基本假设涉及到对人的假设、对社会的假设和对个人与社会关系的假设。本文尝试将社会工作对人的假设定义为利他的人、对社会的假设界定为进步的社会,对个人与社会关系的假设确定为个人与社会的统一。这不仅有助于进一步澄清社会工作理论的哲理传统与价值取向,也对建构社会工作的一般理论乃至于社会工作学的构想具有重要的意义。
Theory is based on a series of basic assumptions. Three basic assumptions of social work theory are Altruism Man, Progressive Society, the unification of individual and society. It not only helps clarify the philosophical tradition and value orientation of social work theory, but also has important meanings in constructing the general theory of social work and even shaping a science of social work.
