摘要:以聚氨酯为基体树脂,分别以碳纤维布、玻璃纤维布和这两种纤维布交替铺叠作为增强材料,采用真空辅助灌注成型工艺制备了4种复合材料。考察了纤维布的铺层结构对复合材料的弯曲、拉伸和冲击性能的影响。结果显示,复合材料的拉伸模量和弯曲模量随碳纤维含量增加而增加,冲击强度则降低。分别采用TGA、DMA和SEM对复合材料的热性能、界面结合和界面微观形貌进行了表征。研究表明,采用纤维增强后,复合材料阻尼因子下降,耐热性能显著提高;初始热失重温度随玻纤含量增加而增加;纤维布的铺层结构对复合材料的Tg有一定影响。
Four kinds of composites were prepared by vacuum assisted reaction injection molding with polyurethane as matrix resin and carbon fiber fabrics,glass fiber fabrics and these two kinds of fiber cloth alternately laid as reinforcing materials. The effects of the fiber cloth layered structure on the flexural,tensile and impact properties of the composite were investigated. The results showed that the tensile and flexural modulus of the composites increased with increasing carbon fiber content,while the impact strength decreased. The thermal properties,interfacial bonding and interfacial morphology of the composites were characterized by TGA,DMA and SEM,respectively.The research showed that the damping factor of the composite material decreased and the heat resistance performance was significantly improved after fiber reinforced. The initial thermal weight loss temperature increased with the increase of glass fiber content,and the layered structure of fiber cloth had influence on the T;of the composite.
