摘要：本文旨在运用社会资本理论对网络组织进行解释。在回顾有关社会资本理论与应用发展的基础上,文章分析认为,作为一种结构性资源,网络组织具有社会资本的特征;进一步分析并提出,网络组织是有利于社会资本产生与发展的一种组织形式。文章认为,网络组织的这些特点是组织优势的重要来源。
Based on social capital theory, the paper has analyzed network organization, which is the new organization model. As a kind of structural resource, network organization is a kind of social capital. Moreover, network organization is conducive to the produce and development of social capital. We draw a conclusion that network organization is the key resource of organizational advantage.
