摘要:文中介绍了数控插补原理,以直线插补为例,理论分析了插补的宏观运动轨迹,推导出插补运算公式,并在VC++6.0平台下对数控插补运算编程,实现数控插补动态仿真,使其更为直观可视。
The principle of the NC interpolation is introduced in this text firstly. Then exemplified by the linear interpolation, the macro trajectory of the interpolation is analyzed and calculation formulas are deduced. Finally the NC interpellation operators are programmed under the platform of VC++6.0 to realize dynamic simulation, which makes the interpotation more facilitate for visualization.
