摘要：文章采用网络调查方式,对30所不同类型的高校图书馆的新冠疫情防控应急响应情况进行分析,认为高校图书馆微信公众平台应急响应速度普遍较快,服务方式转变较为迅速,但在应急服务、个性化服务和智慧型创新服务等方面存在不足,提出加快构建圈层互动式知识服务云平台,以智慧型知识服务云平台为依托,构建互联互通的资源保障机制,为应急情报服务和读者需求响应提供事务支持与协作支撑,以全面应对突发公共事件发生时所面临的挑战。
This paper analyzes the emergency response of WeChat public platform of University Library from the realistic background of the epidemic situation.The survey shows that the emergency response speed of WeChat public platform of university library is generally fast,which can quickly change the service mode by establishing efficient resource sharing channels and providing more targeted teaching support.Under the normal situation of epidemic prevention and control,higher requirements are put forward for the emergency service,personalized service and intelligent innovation service of WeChat public platform of university library.Therefore,accelerating the construction of circle interactive knowledge service cloud platform is the only way for library emergency construction.Only by relying on the intelligent knowledge service cloud platform,building an interconnected resource guarantee mechanism,providing transaction support and collaborative support for emergency information services and reader demand response,can university libraries comprehensively deal with the challenges faced by public emergencies.
