摘要：传统社区服务合作供给在转型社会条件下正面临着极大的变革压力,需要更多的社会力量积极参与,以提供更多高质量的社区服务。现有的社区服务模式从纵向和横向的结构上看仍带有明显的"任务"导向型特征,缺乏"使命"感。必须培育以信任为主要内容的社会资本,塑造社区多维主体间的信任网络,建立以社会信任为纽带的社区服务合作供给模式。
In community development process,public services are usually provided co-operatively by different units.Co-operation based on social trust will improve its efficiency of organizations and mobilize more people and social forces to take part in community services.If task-oriented style can be replaced by mission-oriented style in community services,it will help cultivate trust as the main content of the social capital.It is important to reconstruct the affiliate model of community services based on social trust.
