摘要：随着我国社会主义市场经济体制的逐步建立和不断完善,高校教师在师德师风建设方面遇到众多新挑战,也面临着很多新问题。高校、教师及社会各方面亟须采取一些切实可行的措施和方法来改进和提高师德师风,使广大高校教师在新的市场经济条件下树立正确的价值取向,较好地完成高等教育和科研工作。
As system of our country socialist market economy gradually establish and constantly improve,teachers in colleges and universities in the construction of professional ethics meet many new challenges,also faces a lot of new problems.Colleges and universities,teachers and all aspects of society,we need to take some practical measures and methods to improve the professional ethics,so that the majority of teachers in colleges and universities under the new conditions of the market economy to establish the correct value orientation,to accomplish the work of higher education and scientific research better.
