摘要：本文详细分析了科技型中小企业在融资过程中所存在的种种困难,并针对这些困难提出了科技型中小企业不同发展阶段的融资组合及解决科技型中小企业资金不足的对策建议。
The small and medium-sized enterprise of science and technology is very important in the industrialization process of high-tech, but the financing problem is the bottle-neck that restrict its development. This paper analyses the existing problems and difficulties in the financing process of the small and medium-sized enterprise of science and technology, and puts forward the financing combination in vary development moment and countermeasures to solve the financing problem of it.
