摘要:针对莴笋产量大、人工收割效率低且不能完整收割的问题,设计了一款智能莴笋收割机。该机通过松土、拔莴笋、切割、收集等4个功能模块的协调运作,辅之以摄像头为主的各种传感器系统,实现将莴笋从田地泥土拔出后进行收集的功能。机器体积小、灵活便携、功能多样、自动化程度高,可以有效解决莴笋收割难题。利用Solidworks对机器装置整体进行建模,采用Arduino和树莓派作为机器的控制系统,应用ABAQUS进行有限元分析,校核了核心部件力学结构的合理性。
An intelligent lettuce harvester is designed to address the problems of high lettuce production,low manual harvesting efficiency and incomplete harvesting.Through the coordinated operation of four functional modules including soil loosening,lettuce pulling,cutting and collecting,supplemented by various sensor systems mainly composed of cameras,the machine can realize the function of collecting lettuce after pulling it out of the field soil.The machine is small,flexible,portable,multifunctional and highly automated,which can effectively solve the problem of lettuceharvesting.Solidworks is used to model the machine as a whole,Arduino and Raspberry Pi are used as the control system of the machine,and ABAQUS is used for finite element analysis to verify the reasonableness of the mechanical structure of the core components.
