摘要:二氧化碳利用可减少环境危害,二氧化碳制甲醇技术是近年来研究的重点。介绍了二氧化碳直接制甲醇和二氧化碳经逆变换后制甲醇的技术。采用水冷式管壳型反应器,建立了两种技术的反应器数学模型,并按10×104t/a甲醇规模,进行了数学模拟分析。结果表明,对于二氧化碳经逆变换后制甲醇技术,按1:1体积比将逆变换催化剂和甲醇合成催化剂混装在一个反应器中,有利于反应进行。两种技术的反应器数学模型可分别用于反应器模型化设计。
The utilization of carbon dioxide can reduce environmental hazards, and the technique of producing methanol from carbon dioxide has been the focus of research in recent years. The techniques of direct producing methanol from carbon dioxide and producing methanol from carbon dioxide through the reverse water-gas shift reaction were introduced. The reactor mathematical models of two techniques were established using the shell and tube type reactor with water cooling, and the mathematical simulation analysis was carried out according to the scale of 10 × 10~4 t/a methanol. The results show that for producing methanol from carbon dioxide through the reverse water-gas shift reaction, it is conducive to the reaction to mix the reverse shift catalyst and methanol synthesis catalyst in the same reactor at volume ratio of 1:1. The reactor mathematical models of two techniques can be used for reactor modeling design respectively.
