摘要:以磷酸酯淀粉为基体、甘油和水为增塑剂,使用转矩流变仪制备了磷酸酯热塑性淀粉(TPS)。研究了甘油用量对于材料的塑化性能、流变性能、结晶行为以及力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着甘油含量的增加,热塑性磷酸酯淀粉的平衡扭矩减小,熔体质量流动速率增大,流动性提高,拉伸强度与断裂伸长率先增大后减小,而且结晶度下降,塑化程度提高;当淀粉/甘油/水的质量比为60/30/8时,材料具有较好的力学性能。
Thermoplastic phosphate starch (TPS) was prepared with phosphate starch as matrix and glycerol as well as water as plasticizer by torque rheometer. The effects of the amount of glycerol on the plasticizing properties, rheological properties, crystallization and mechanical properties of TPS were studied. It was found that the balance torque of TPS decreased with the increasing of glycerol content, the melt index and the mobility increased. Both tensile strength and elongation at break first increased and then decreased as the glycerol content increased, meanwhile, the crystallization of TPS decreased and the plasticization property was improved. Research suggested that the mechanical properties of materials were better when the weight ratio of starch/glycerol/water was 60/30/8.
