摘要:通过一种简便的方法制备了聚多巴胺改性的纳米二氧化硅粒子(D-SiO_2),并利用红外光谱对粒子结构进行了表征。进一步使用熔融共混的方法制备了聚乳酸(PLA)/聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)/D-SiO_2共混复合材料,并利用扫描电子显微镜、差示扫描量热仪、热重分析仪和万能拉力试验机研究了D-SiO_2对共混物的断面形貌、热性能以及力学性能的影响。结果表明,D-SiO_2的加入提高了无机粒子的分布,提高了材料的拉伸强度、拉伸模量、断裂伸长率和冲击强度,同时提高了材料的结晶度,降低了结晶温度,提高了材料的热稳定性。
Polydopamine modified nanosilica (D-SiO2 ) particles were prepared with a simple and convenient method, of which the structure was characterized by infrared spectroscopy. Furthermore the polylactic acid (PLA)/polybutylenes succinate (PBS) /D-SiO2 composites were produced by melt blending. And the fracture morphology, thermal properties and mechanical properties were studied by scanning electron microscope, differential scanning calorimeter, thermogravimetric analyzer and universal tensile testing machine. The results show that: the addition of D-SiO2 particles improves the dispersion of nanoparticles; the tensile strength, tensile modulus, elongation at break and impact strength of the composites are improved ; the crystallinity increses, and crystallization temperature decreases; the thermal properties of the composites are enhanced.
