摘要：城市社区治理是现代社会治理体系的基础。社区参与是社区治理的核心,在大量关于社区参与的研究中,性别视角很少得到关注,这与社区中活跃着大量的女性群体的现实不符。基于上海市徐汇区"绿主妇"这一由女性主导、致力于社区生态环保的社会组织的案例研究显示,社区治理方式的转变为女性开辟了充足的参与空间,而女性以其特有的性别角色优势、不可替代的特质以及柔性的工作策略等,也改变着社区治理的格局。在这种双向的促进中,女性成功进入社区、获得权力并对社区治理效果产生积极影响,最终使得女性群体从社区治理的边缘走向中心。
Urban community governance is the foundation of modern social governance system, while community participation is essential to community governance. In piles of studies on community participation, however, gender perspectives are rarely considered, which is not consistent with the reality of a large number of female groups active in the current community. Based on the case study＂Shanghai＇s Green Housewife＂of community social organizations committed to community ecology and environmental protection, the transformation of community governance mode has largely promoted women＇s community participation. Meanwhile, women have also changed the pattern of community governance through their unique gender roles, their irreplaceable characteristics and flexible working strategies. In this two-way promotion, females successfully get empowered in communities, make positive impact on community governance and come to the center of community governance.
