摘要:NOVELTY - The method involves determining temperature of boiler feed water in a waste heat boiler (2) (S5). Synthetic gas is passed into a semi-coke filter (3) from the waste heat boiler (S6). Synthetic gas downstream treatment is performed (S7). Recovered semi-coke is entered into a semi-coke storage tank (4) (S8). The semi-coke is again entered into a semi-coke lock hopper (5) (S9). Activation gas is entered into the semi-coke lock hopper (S10). Semi-coke powder is entered into a semi-coke powder feeding tank (6) (S11). Dense-phase gas force conveying process is performed (S12). USE - Powder coal pyrolysis and gasification method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables improving methane content up to 2-15 wt % and reducing tar content with in 10 ppm. The method enables improving pyrolysis and gasification efficiency greater than 80% and raw material adaptability. The method enables utilizing natural gas and coal gas so as to perform coal pyrolysis and gasification process in a better manner.
