摘要：2015年国家推行"互联网+"计划,互联网赋能各行各业,推进各产业创新升级;2016年国家印发了《"十三五"旅游业发展规划》,鼓励创新乡村旅游。在乡村旅游成为日趋火热的消费场景的背景下,旅游民宿业发展成为新风口。中国台湾民宿产业发展较早,历经三个阶段,现已较为完善。中国大陆民宿产业发展起步较晚,尚未成熟。本文通过对比分析两岸民宿发展差异,借鉴中国台湾民宿产业服务设计发展经验,通过QFD法构建民宿服务设计理论框架,并依据QFD理论构建民宿业服务设计框架、服务蓝图、服务策略和规范。
In 2015, the country implemented the ＂Internet Plus＂ program, the Internet empowered all walks of life, and promoted the innovation and upgrading of various industries; in 2016, the country issued the ＂Thirteenth Five-Year Plan for Tourism Development＂ to encourage innovation in rural tourism. Under the background that rural tourism has become a hot consumer scene, tourism and bed and breakfast industry has become a new outlet. The development of the Taiwan hotel industry was earlier and has undergone three stages. It is now relatively complete.The development of the mainland hotel industry started late and is not yet mature. This article compares and analyzes the development differences between the two sides of the straits, learns from the experience of Taiwan hotel industry service design and development, builds a theoretical framework of the hotel service design through the QFD method, and constructs the service design framework, service blueprint, service strategy and specifications of the hotel industry based on the QFD theory.
