摘要：消费者利益保护是反垄断法的主要目的之一。如何将消费者利益保护的良好愿望落到实处,是各国反垄断立法、实施反垄断法时面临的一个共同性问题。在此,以反垄断立法对消费者利益的保护为基础,对反垄断法执行过程中如何体现消费者利益的导向,消费者如何在反垄断法实施中保护自己的利益以及在反垄断案件中消费者利益保护的代表诉讼等问题展开讨论。认为反垄断领域的消费者利益只有在立法者、反垄断执行机构、消费者或消费者代表的共同努力下,才能够得到有效的保护。
Protecting consumers＇ benefit is one of the objects of the antitrust law.It is an intercommunity problem for each country consumers＇ to virtual protect consumers＇ benefit in the field of antitrust.This article discusses how to protect the consumers＇ benefit from the view of legislators of antitrust,the process of antitrust law being brought into effect and the consumers＇ self-protection.In conclusion the benefit of consumers can be protected in effect in antitrust field with corresponding effectiveness among the legislators,administration mechanism of antitrust implementation and consumers＇ self-protect.
