摘要：NOVELTY - Podophyllotoxin derivative (formula (I)) is prepared by 4beta-(amphinitrylphenyl)-amino group-4-deoxygenation-4'-go methyl bill podophyllotoxin and artesunate through esterifying reaction. Two compound of different anticancer fuction mechanism are combined as one new comound, so the inventive anticancer effect is improved, and its toxity is reduced.
