摘要:对1.25Cr0.5Mo珠光体钢的小冲杆蠕变试验结果和传统蠕变试验结果进行比较。试验结果表明小冲杆蠕变试验所获得的中心挠度变形曲线与传统蠕变试验的应变变形曲线是相似的。同时也发现在相同的断裂时间下,小冲杆蠕变试验中所施加的载荷值与传统蠕变试验的应力值的比值在一定载荷范围内为一恒量。在本次研究中,一些在传统蠕变试验中常用的经验公式如Larson Miller法则、Dorn方程、Monkman Grant关系式等被用来分析小冲杆蠕变试验。所得结论与传统蠕变试验的结论是相近的。综上所述,小冲杆试验方法可以用于高温下服役材料蠕变性能的评价。
The main objective of experimental work described is the comparison of the results of conventional creep tests with those of small punch creep tests (SP-C) for 1.25Cr0.5Mo pearlitic steels. The experimental results revealed that the overall shapes of the creep curves obtained from the SP-C tests were similar to those obtained from conventional creep tests and timed out the ratio between the load of SP-C tests and the stre.ss of conventional creep tests was about 2.7 for the same ci'eep rupture life. In this research, some empirical formula such as I.arson-Miller law, Dom equation, Monkman-Grant relation, well known from conventional creep tests, can also be applied to analyze the experimental results for SP-C tests. These analytic results relatively corresponded to those obtained from conventional creep tests. From these results the small punch creep tests have the potential to evaluate the material creep properties of structural components in-service as the non-destructive testing methods.
