摘要：近几年各高校的校园信息化建设发展很快,都相继开发了许多不同类型的网上应用系统,购置了大量的服务器和网上共享设备,已使信息技术成为承载校园教学、科研和管理的重要基础手段。但是随着校园信息化建设的不断深入,学校对信息化依赖程度的逐渐加深,迫切需要加强信息服务和技术支持。本文结合ITIL的理论和华东理工大学在信息服务管理方面的实践和体会,探讨了实施信息服务管理的有关问题。
With the rapid development of information system construction in the universities recently. All kinds of online application systems have been developed and equipments are purchased for teaching, research and management needs. So the service and technical support are urgently needed This paper discusses the relevant issues of implementation of information service management combining ITIL theory and introduces the practice and experience of information service management in East China University of Science and Technology.
