摘要：将赤子爱胜蚓整体组织匀浆的抽提液,经Sephadex G-75凝胶过滤、DEAE-Sepharose CL-6B离子交换及在FPLC仪上用Mono Q柱分离,可以纯化到多种组分的纤维素酶,研究了它们的酶学性质,证明均为C_X酶。
Multiple forms of cellulase were isolated and purified from earthworm (Eisenia Foelide) homogenate by Sephadex G*75 gel filtration, ion exchange chromatography on DEAE-Sepharose CL-6B and Mono Q. column separation of FPLC. From the results of the characteristic studies, these cellulases can be identified as enzyme Cx.
