摘要：The enantioselective addition of alcohols to isatin-derived N-Boc ketimines was investigated for the first time. Isatin-derived N,O-aminals were obtained in excellent yields with moderate-to-good enantiose-lectivities (up to 78% ee) in the presence of a quinine-based bifunctional catalyst.
