摘要：大学生创新创业训练计划项目(简称“大创”项目)是提高大学生创新创业能力和培养创新创业人才的重要载体。该文通过梳理华东理工大学实施“大创”项目以来的组织和管理工作,调查研究发现其存在项目来源相对单一、过程管理不严、成果产出不足、带动“双创”氛围不够有力等问题,通过实施提质增效工程,拓展“大创”项目来源渠道、加强“大创”项目过程管理、强调“大创”项目成果导向、打造特色品牌“双创”平台,全矩阵促进了学科交叉、全流程把控提高了质量、全方位增加了项目产出、全力提升了“双创”影响力,可以为其他高校提升“大创”项目质量提供借鉴和参考。
The Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Program for College Students(referred to as the“Da Chuang”Project)is an important carrier for improving college students'innovation and entrepreneurship abilities and cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents.By sorting out the organizational and management operations of East China University of Science and Technology since the implementation of the project,investigations and studies have found that there are problems such as relatively single project sources,lax process management,insufficient output of results,and insufficient promotion of the environment for innovation and entrepreneurship.Through the implementation of quality and efficiency improvement projects,expanding the source channels of“Da Chuang”project,strengthening the process management of“Da Chuang”projects,emphasizing the achievement orientation of“Da Chuang”project,and creating a characteristic brand innovation and entrepreneurship platform,the full matrix promotes interdisciplinary integration,improves quality through full process control,increases project output in all aspects,and fully enhances the impact of innovation and entrepreneurship.This can provide reference for other universities to improve the quality of“Da Chuang”project.
