摘要:本文翡翠检测使用in Via Reflex型显微拉曼光谱仪,其具有两个波长(785nm和514.5nm)可切换的激发光源。运用激发光源(514nm)对天然翡翠和漂白充填翡翠进行测定,得到表征天然翡翠结构的拉曼峰有1036cm-1、986cm-1、696cm-1和374cm-1,而漂白充填翡翠中存在充填物环氧树脂的拉曼峰777cm-1、1123cm-1、1611cm-1、2930cm-1和3065cm-1,显微放大也观测到翡翠经漂白后产生微裂纹及裂纹中存在充填物;运用激光光源(785nm)对天然翡翠的绿色、白色部位和染绿色翡翠进行测定,并进行谱图对比分析,得到天然绿色翡翠中致色离子Cr3+会产生极强的荧光,而染料荧光相对较弱,相同测试条件下染色翡翠产生的拉曼强度远弱于天然绿色翡翠;结合两个波长激发光源的优点,拉曼技术能有效、快速、无损地鉴定处理翡翠。
In this paper, Renishaw inVia Reflex Raman spectrometer, with two switchable excitation lights (785nm and 514. 5nm), was used to jadeites determination. Via natural jadeites, bleached and filled jadeites were tested by excitation light (514. 5nm), it was found that Raman shifts 1036cm^-1 ,986cm^-1 ,696cm^-1 and 374cm^-1 are proper for jadeite, and Raman shifts 777cm^-1 , 1123cm^-1 , 1611cm^-1 ,2930cm^-1 and 3065cm^-1 are due to epoxy-resin which was filled in jadeite, it was also found the existence of micro-cracks and within filling matter by microscope; Via green,white part of natural jadeite and green colored jadeite were tested by excitation light (785nm), contrasting and analyzing their Raman spectra, it was found that Cr^3+ in crystal lattice of jadeite produce extremely strong fluorescence, however, weaker fluorescence was produced by coloring matter, thus much weaker Raman intensity was produced by colored jadeite than natural jadeite in same testing condition. Combining the advantages of two excitation lights, Raman technology could be used for jadeite determination non-destructively,quickly and accurately.
